What We Offer
Our team consists of: a BCBA, LCSW, and ABA therapists with immense knowledge and experience in the field; a parent of an autistic child offering a unique perspective into therapy; a licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide support to families and all persons affected. This multidisciplinary team provides an ideal combination of talent for persons with autism, all intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families by offering a wide range of support, understanding, experience, and expertise to generate the most desired and successful outcome possible.
Meet The Team

Jillian Minch, RBT
Jillian has extensive experience working with children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder. She brings 14 years of experience working in both a home and clinical setting, running social skills groups for a variety of ages and abilities, and managing severe maladaptive behaviors. Mrs. Minch is the COO of Full Spectrum Therapy Partners.

Nicole is a trauma-informed, Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities populations; juveniles with sexually abusive and reactive behaviors; parent coaching and mentoring, and facilitation of staff trainings for those working with these diverse and unique populations.
