Service Description
We have designed a program for our current clients that incorporates therapy and yoga to optimize the benefits of both. By engaging the mind and body along with healthy face to face peer interactions, we will strive to reduce anxiety and depression, improve self-awareness and emotional regulation skills. They will work to enhance peer relations, while also modeling boundary setting and providing skills for maintaining friendships. The Live Lively Yoga Methods is a comprehensive yoga technique that incorporates functional movement, social-emotional learning, and embodiment practices utilizing a client-based approach to empower, enhance, and celebrate wellbeing.
